About Alexandra Marino, RP, DPC

White Living Room

Integrative Psychotherapy

I practice trauma-informed & integrative psychotherapy, with a heavy influence of Attachment Theory, Parts Work and the interconnected role of our nervous system.

Discovering our own adaptive, survival-based responses can assist us in living more consciously; becoming our own guide, regulator & support. â€‹

I believe in the philosophy that we are innately pulled towards health, therefore I believe in your capacity to move toward a healthier & happier version of yourself.

I have a wide treatment scope, however I specialize in working with complex trauma and its various manifestations for both adolescents and adults.

Philosophy

Innate Resiliency

I acknowledge the feeling of overwhelm that some may have towards therapy. This understanding enables me to be genuine & intentional within my work.

I enter each relationship with new energy, focusing our time on your unique goals.

I truly enjoy working with people and value the collaborative therapeutic process.
